Something is coming…. Kyocera is making waves
This is clearly a press release and not a news story, but it goes to show that Thailand is being noticed as the right place to be for solar. Coupled with news coming out on other areas of the photovoltaic business, we predict 2017-2020 to be very busy solar years!
“Thailand has adopted various government incentives including promoting rooftop solar for self-consumption, which can reduce reliance on electricity grids for homes or businesses.”
Kyocera is a renown solar panel producer, and they will continue to back solar rooftop systems in Thailand. Through collaboration with SPCG, they are continuously looking for opportunities to expand throughout the ASEAN region, in order to fulfil the goal of ‘creating and leaving a sustainable society for the next generation through solar energy.’
Another company to watch over the next couple years, includes Thai company PPT.
